TIDAL CONNECT ISSUES

If I skip tracks backwards/forwards (even within the same album), or change playlists, sooner or later it will stop responding. Also scrubbing within the track will do this. No error, no indication that anything is happening or playing. In fact the play arrow icon just stays the same. Qobuz connect playback issue since Bandcamp+Last.fm plugins are installed

When I have left Volumio waiting for a while, either with the queue finished or paused, and then come back to it, it seems I can replay the same queue or finish the current queue, but when I start to play something different I will lose the Connect connection and Volumio will restart. Wednesday morning I did a factory reset and used for the day without installing any plugins or even logging into Qobuz and did not have the problem. Since then I have logged into Qobuz and installed the Bandcamp and Last.fm plugins. Using Qobuz Connect on Android, app version 9.0.0.2. Qobuz freeze music

Qobuz does not play continuosly, stops, freezes and does not respond to PLAY command. Device Identification Code: b06f248d88e6384f6e7c5cbfeefe68f6 The playlists load slowly, when I start play it takes ages to play, sometimes next song doesn’t play although the counter is counting. Then I press next song sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. After a while it starts playing. Spotify. Music library etc works flawless. I log out of qobuz and re logged in but still the same. I don’t mention countless restarts. I have RPi3b+ and PecanPi+, is RPi3b+ struggling to keep up or is there any kind of issue? It kind of happened overnight. Qobuz - plays and stops no sound after

Here’s a video of what happened, sorry about the background noise, my cat was playing her toy… [https://drive.google.com/file/d/19NXys7EE3-s8YTfhzMDCY2GFHcEgdW0V/view|https://drive.google.com/file/d/19NXys7EE3-s8YTfhzMDCY2GFHcEgdW0V/view|smart-card] I was playing the album “2L - The Nordic Sound“ from Qobuz the album played normally until Track No.15 “String Quartet In D, Op. 76, No. 5“ ended, then Track No. 16 “Overture & March 1776“ started running, but there was no sound coming out of the system at all. I tried to use Player Control to jump back to the previous track, but the player did not respond; tried to skip to the next track but still no respond. Then, I tried to pause the track at 0:58 and succeed, but when I tried to continue the track again, the player was frozen. So, I pressed the lower right icon “Browse Page” and tried to play the entire album from the beginning again, but the player strangely skipped to Track No.15 “String Quartet In D, Op. 76, No. 5“ with no sound as always, you can see at 01:53 of the video. I then pressed the “Playback“ icon at the bottom of the interface(02:08), the full screen player skipped to the first track of the album(02:09) and the time code shows”00:16” already 16 seconds into the first track but the player was frozen and of course always no sound coming out of the system. No matter how I switch tracks or play songs in the “Browse Page“, the player at the bottom of the interface will have no respond. But when jumping to the full screen player, the track tittle will then skip to the track that I have chosen in the “Browse Page“. No music as always. Very strange bug indeed. CD drive on Rivo keeps spinning fast

client attached a LG GP60 CD drive to the USB port next to the Ethernet port. CDs are played correctly, but the drive keeps generating a lot of noise (clicks at the beginning of a new track, creates noise spins up and down continuously). LOG [https://logs.volumio.org/rivo/6IseyWY.html|https://logs.volumio.org/rivo/6IseyWY.html] The issue is definitely not with the LG DVD drive. The drive works silently with my Melco N1A streamer. I see exactly the same behaviour with an LG GP57 drive. It is also noisy with Rivo and silent on the Melco. The Motivo shows the same issue as the Rivo with both drives. Several threads on the Volumio forum indicate that others are seeing the same issue. There are ways to control a generic USB DVD drive so it only spins up to 1x speed and then turns constantly (and silently). It is the code of the driver that needs to be fixed. Otherwise, better to eliminate the CD reading function. It is not useable in this form.
