Issue with Spotify Connect on Rivo - Playback Stops Mid-Song

The Spotify plugin is installed.
*While playing an album, playback stops at the end of a song and the
next track does not automatically play.
*This issue also affects Spotify's auto-play feature, as playback
stops at the end of a track instead of continuing to the next one.
*When the customer first purchased the device in early June,
everything worked without any issues.
